The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to access downtown and other parts of the city. The room is clean and modern, with comfortable beds and nice bathroom amenities. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always eager to help with any requests. Some facilities like free water and tea are available and the hotel offers a good price for what you get.
There was some staff behavior that left a bad impression. One member of staff asked me to give a good review of my stay, which felt manipulative and inappropriate.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a very safe area with plenty of shops and services nearby. The staff were exceptional - from room service to car hire, they were always on hand to provide the best service. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The terrace was a lovely addition and we enjoyed spending time there with garden furniture provided.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area - it was an amazing experience from start to finish.
